13. Van Hoesen House
71 Westerlo Street
ca.1890

This cross-gabled, two and one-half story, wood-frame dwelling is an outstanding local example of the Queen Anne aesthetic. The building features asymmetrical massing, alternating siding bands of clapboard and singles, an elaborate wraparound porch, projecting bays and windows, and a finely rendered panel detail with carved swags in the upper gable of the facade.

Carriage Shed A ca.1890 carriage shed/garage is located on the rear of the property.
