30. Nathaniel Niles House
21 Church Street
ca.1860

A one and one-half story, gable-fronted, wood-frame Greek Revival style building. The building features paneled corner boards and a simple broad frieze enlivened by Picturesque brackets. The facade is highlighted by an intact Greek Revival door surround with side lights, which is sheltered by a period porch. Wood clapboards survive but have been partially obscured on the front of the building by modern vinyl siding.

Carriage barn
A ca.1890 wood-frame carriage barn is located on the property behind the house.
