33. Niles/Hicks House
c.1865.
The first Henry Niles, 1761-1812 was the first of the family to come
to Coeymans. He and his wife, Hannah Hicks had ten children. Henry,
who had purchased the Niles farm property in 1842.
His family lived (here) before moving to the farm, in recent years
the house was owned by Daniel Morehouse who sold it to David Perry.
