44. Whitbeck House

A two-story, three-by-two bay, late Federal style brick home. The
house is distinguished by a simple brick frieze and cornice. Stepped
parapet side walls with inset chimneys rise above the flat roof. The
side hall entrance is recessed and features a wood paneled door and
simple Federal/Greek Revival style surround composed of sidelights
and a top light. Windows are set in stone lintels and sills. All
sashes have been replaced with non-historic units.
